Our Luxury Chalet “Almsommer”
The exclusive chalet is located right at the tree line at the foot of the Heidialm, offering breathtaking mountain views and private access to the ski area. Spanning around 160 m² over three levels, it provides generous space for up to eight guests. The light-flooded living and wellness area with panoramic terrace invites you to relax and leads to four cosy bedrooms – two under the roof with charming sloping ceilings, and two on the garden level with direct access to the greenery and views of the mountains. All rooms are equipped with smart TVs and satellite connection.

The chalet features three elegant bathrooms, each with open rain shower, WC and premium Villeroy & Boch fittings – one of them with whirlpool bath, panoramic sauna and balcony. Enjoy pure relaxation: start with a sauna session followed by cooling off in the snow, then perhaps a glass of wine in the hot tub on the terrace while the children play happily in the whirlpool bath. Or would you rather light the outdoor fireplace and gaze at the starry sky? Maybe read a good book by the indoor wood-burning stove? However you choose to spend your evening, the choice is yours. We take care of everything else – bed linen, towels and final cleaning are included.

The chalet includes its own carport with ski storage, where two complimentary sledges are also available. For your comfort, bed linen, towels, high-speed Wi-Fi, a washer-dryer and children’s chairs are provided. Additional services such as airport transfer, interim cleaning, extra towels or grocery shopping can be arranged on request.
