Villa LunaMar is located in the exclusive urbanization Cumbre del Sol on the Costa Blanca, idyllically situated between Jávea and Moraira, and administratively part of the municipality El Poble Nou de Benitatxell. Thanks to its elevated position, the villa offers spectacular panoramic views of the Mediterranean Sea, while also providing quick access to beaches, restaurants, and shopping facilities. Access is easy via the well-developed country roads from the AP-7 or N-332. Driving time is approximately 1 hour from Alicante and 1 hour 15 minutes from Valencia.

Arrival by Car
The exclusive residential area Cumbre del Sol is located directly by the sea between the coastal towns of Jávea and Moraira and is easily accessible both from the north and from the south. From the south (for example, from Alicante): on the AP-7, take the Benissa/Teulada exit. From there, the N-332 or CV-740 leads to Benitachell, where the access to Cumbre del Sol is signposted. From the north (for example, from Valencia): on the AP-7, take the Ondara/Dénia exit. Via the CV-725 and later the CV-734, you reach Benitachell and then follow the signs to Cumbre del Sol. The driving time from Alicante Airport (ALC) is about 1 hour, and from Valencia Airport (VLC) around 1 hour and 15 minutes. For the final orientation within the development, we recommend using our provided map. In some areas, Google Maps does not route reliably – the map shows the direct and correct way to Villa LunaMar.
Arrival by Train
The nearest long-distance railway stations are located in Alicante (approx. 90 km) and Valencia (approx. 125 km). Both cities are excellently connected to the Spanish high-speed network (AVE) with direct connections, among others, to Madrid and Barcelona. For onward travel to Villa LunaMar, a taxi or rental car from the station is recommended in any case.
Arrival by Plane
For travelling to Villa LunaMar, the international airports of Alicante (approx. 95 km) and Valencia (approx. 125 km) are suitable. Both airports are excellently connected and are served daily by numerous European airports with direct flights at attractive prices. From there you can reach the villa comfortably in around 1–1.5 hours by rental car or organised transfer.
Pick-up Service

Please contact us by email no later than two days before arrival (please state flight number, number of persons and pieces of luggage), and we will send you a non-binding offer.
